This is a Legal Agreement between CRMJetty & Customers covering customer’s purchase and use of Products developed by CRMJetty. It is assumed that on purchasing the product, the customer acknowledges the understated terms & conditions of this agreement. The customer will lose all the rights to use the product automatically on breaching of this agreement. Under these circumstances the customer must cease using it and terminate all copies and derivatives of the product at customer’s disposal.
2.1 General Matters
The customer gets a license on purchasing the product, which will be valid until the customer instal stops using the product or CRMJetty revokes this license because of customer’s inability to adhere to any of its terms & conditions.
A license sold does not contain the ownership of any original works, part of it, or any documentation or derivative works of the product. Editing of license document in any other way but through Administrator Control Panel User Interface will lead to cancellation of license, client’s deprivation of right for a refund, product update, and in product’s incorrect operation. CRMJetty doesn’t hold any accountability for any business or personal data loss or harm caused to site in the event of license functionality editing attempts.
2.2 Licence Registration
CRMJetty provides a Single Installation License for its products. Although, license for One test instance is provided with single installation license. All Product instances where the product is used should have specific license through registering at CRMJetty. For registration of the license the customer need to provide the domain name of the live site and also the development host (if any). Registration of license is compulsory, as the activation would not validate on customer’s instance without registration.
2.3 License Validity
For Subscription based products of CRMJetty, your subscription period starts from the day you receive intial product delivery and annual subscription is valid from next 12 months.
Any illegal copying, leasing, renting, sublicensing, conveying, developing any derivative works, or divulging of modification source codes in any way, transferring of product to other platforms and CMS without prior written approval from CRMJetty is restricted.
Evidence of copyright infringement include, but not restricted to, similar code pattern and structures and containing similar product source code, design and layout.
Customer is not authorized to terminate the original CRMJetty copyright inscription from the source code of the product. Customer can modify the source code, but at their own risk.
The files and source codes are owned by CRMJetty and are subject to Indian Copyright Act along with international copyright treaty provisions. CRMJetty retains title and ownership of the product and all enhancements, customization and updates of the product.
CRMJetty provides free installation for all products.
5. Product Support Policy
CRMJetty support policy varies for products based on subscription and one-time purchase.
For Purchases made with monthly or annual subscription:CRMJetty offers support for troubleshooting, from the purchase date, for every extension legally purchased on www.crmjetty.com. Please note that the support period will expire after the cancellation of the subscription.
For Purchases made with one-time payment:CRMJetty offers 90 days of inclusive support from the purchase date, for every extension legally purchased on www.crmjetty.com.
Without any additional charge, the support team will offer all required written consultation requested, for use and operation of the extension or any issues therewith to the customers, within the above-stated period of time.
Along with every purchase made on www.crmjetty.com, we will provide support for product installation, configuration and one-time free product training for up to 2 hours. Any additional support may be chargeable depending on the nature of the support requirement which will be at the discretion of CRMJetty support team.
The support team may ignore any requests that do not adhere to the present conditions.
6. Service Level Agreement
CRMJetty will provide support services via support tickets system on the product’s pages Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
7. Product Updates
CRMJetty will inform the customers through email about the release of new update of the purchased extension/product.
All updates can be used only as a replacement of an earlier purchased product, not as a separate copy of a product. All the products purchased from www.crmjetty.com will include lifetime free updates until the subscription is cancelled.
CRMJetty reserves the right to determine which product to update and when. CRMJetty also reserves the right to discontinue any product.
To guarantee customer protection, CRMJetty provides up to 30 days of money back for majority of our products and the ones purchased on monthly or annual subscription. If for any reason, customer is not satisfied with the product during the 30 days of the purchase, customer is authorized to receive a full refund. For receiving a refund, submit a request containing Transaction ID. Customization services are non-refundable. Any refund request after 30 days of purchase is not accepted.
For monthly or annual subscription based products, the payments are made in advance for the services to be rendered. In such instances, the customer can cancel the subscription at any point of time to stop using the services.
CRMJetty considers its product refunded when the money has been withdrawn from its account. If no notification of non-acceptance has been received from client within 10 bank days, product is considered to be refunded. The customer is obliged to uninstall the product prior to requesting the refund and terminate all its copies and derivatives within the 5 bank days starting from the day of initiation of money refund process. When purchasing our products/apps from authorized third-party stores, their refund policy will take precedence
CRMJetty is not responsible for any damages neither with Framework running, nor with business margins or information occurring because of enforced manual deleting of refunded product or its derivatives.
Each party agrees that it shall not disclose any information about the customers, trade secrets, methods, processes etc. or any other confidential, business or financial information of the other party, which it comes to know during the course of its performance of this agreement to any third party, without the prior written consent of such other party. This obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement or license.

CRMJetty products are not stand-alone solutions and they require framework installation with their respective license.
CRMJetty does not guarantee for its product to perform correctly on any Framework solution, whether modified or not.
CRMJetty is not liable for damages or incorrect running of the Products, occurred due to installation or utilizing of module.
CRMJetty does not hold any accountability for content of a site on which the product is installed. Complaints of any third party may lead to license suspension or revocation if the matter is not resolved. CRMJetty holds the right to suspend the license and offer both parties time for settlement or advice.
CRMJetty is not responsible to customer or any third party for any damages that include, but not restricted to, loss of business or business profits, loss of business information due to using CRMJetty products.
By accepting this license agreement the customer acknowledges to use the product at own risk and is entirely responsible for any damage to own computer system or data.
12. Changes in Terms
CRMJetty reserves the right to amend or modify these agreement terms at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to inquire about any changes made to the present agreement.
