Our US-based client, E78 Partners, a services firm for finance and technology, needed a scalable, governed way to equip partners with current resources. Partners relied on manual exchanges and emailed files without visibility, leaving managers without oversight. To fix this, we built a CRMJetty Salesforce partner portal with role-based dashboards, surfaced assets from SharePoint as the single source of truth, enabled secure email-link sharing, and captured views/downloads in CRM, plus lead capture and in-portal events. As a result, E78 now has a centralized ecosystem with measurable engagement, easier lead intake, and productivity reporting.
