Executive Summary

CIMSPA, the professional body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector, needed a more efficient system for managing memberships and partner onboarding. Their existing portal had multiple entry points, such as the public portal, admin invitations, and QR codes. But they lacked a unified system, causing delays and errors in lead tracking, membership approvals, and role management. Admins struggled to monitor applications, payments, and compliance documents, while users had limited visibility into their status. To solve this, we created a CRM-integrated portal using Dynamics, which streamlined registration, automated workflows, and integrated payments. It also allowed flexible role management and multi-organization support. As a result, CIMSPA now benefits from improved efficiency, better transparency, and seamless payments, offering greater control over the membership process.
