Client Requirement

The primary challenge faced by WealthHub was developing a portal that could meet the specific requirements of its trust company and family office clients while ensuring a high level of security and user-friendliness. The portal needed to have the following things:

  • Wealthhub is uniquely architected to handle trusts and legal entities on Salesforce, so users should be able to view their legal entities and their market values.

  • Users can view the transactions and distributions related to their legal entities and filter them out based on the legal entity, type of transaction, and time frame.

  • Users should be able to view their legal entity details and other important information.

  • It had to be interactive so that users could edit their personal information and request distributions or payments to be made.

  • Users should be able to upload and download documents.

  • Users should be able to enable two-factor authentication for their accounts.


To address the client’s requirements, we collaborated with them to design and implement a robust portal solution. The following solutions were implemented to meet the client’s needs:
