The client basically required a portal to overcome the operation challenges of the organization. For that, they approached us with the following requirements:
A portal to provide streamlined customer support and handle customers' queries and issues through a ticketing system.
Management of all assets in the portal.
List and details of assets related to the customer.
Import of salesforce reports given by the client into their portal.
Support for Compliance Monthly Report in the portal.
Support for filter by month, year, and assets in the report.
Support for printing of the report right from within the portal.
For Case Management - We provided them our default case management module for the ticketing system.
Asset Management - We provided the custom object support in the portal.
Support for Reports - We customized our portal to provide support for the Salesforce reports they wanted for their portal.
Fiter and Download Options - We also provided the functionality of asset-wise filter of reports and download of reports as PDFs.
Compliance Monthly Report - We customized our portal to provide access to the compliance monthly report to our client’s users. We also provided the feature of filter of reports month-wise, year-wise, and asset-wise and print functionality as well.
With management of customers’ cases with the ticket system, the client has been able to enhance the ticket support system.
They also have been able to manage assets and reports more efficiently with support for custom objects and support for required Salesforce reports.
The portal also empowered them to stay on top of assets and reports by decluttering assets and reports through filters and view only what they want.
