Streamlined Healthcare Logistics for a Healthcare Solutions Provider
The client is a healthcare solution provider, simplifying healthcare solutions for patients, employers, payers, etc. It develops the growth of economic opportunity with the communities it serves.
The portal solution needed to be developed on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform. The client required that the portal give access to their customers to view and edit object record details. Additionally, the portal should provide information based on customer accounts and child accounts hierarchy.
How We Helped
Taking into account the requirements of the client and working closely with them, we came up with a portal that helped in the following ways:
- On the dashboard page, the dashboard widget is configured to show data based on the customer's account and child accounts hierarchy.
- Portal users can view and edit their profile information from the portal.
- Portal users can view and edit their account details in the portal from the My Account page.
- Portal users can view child accounts of the self-account as a subgrid on the account detail page.
- Portal users can also view other contacts belonging to the self-account in the subgrid.
- Portal users can view and edit records of Lead, Contracts, Opportunity, Payer, and Contact objects based on the customer's account and child accounts hierarchy.
- Attachments can be viewed and uploaded to the contact object from the record detail page.
Users of the portal can be provided with access to view and edit object record details, along with other benefits.
